All our semiconductors are from new old stock from the 1950's to the 1990's. Remember that the old Germanium transistors were manufactured inconsistently and  had a high failure rate, which makes buying untested lots extremely risky.

All our new old sock has warranted for 30 day's, provided they are used in equipment that is operated with the specified operating range.

You will not find a bigger stock of Germanium in the UK as we have over 100,000 in stock and can sell our Semiconductors in 3 grades.

Grade A is a new old stock semiconductor in a unopened box.

Grade B is a new old stock loose semiconductor.

Grade C is a new old stock loose semiconductor can be dirty or unmarked.
